  • Ms. Rita Al-Shanti, Selection & Acceleration Assistant Manager at Oasis500, is a vital member of the investment team. Responsible for sourcing and screening startups, Rita on-boards selected ventures and manages their acceleration journey. Holding an MSc in IT Management, she actively participates in and mentors the entrepreneurial ecosystem and is also certified as a Mowgli mentor.
